Obama’s support for military use against Syria has failed, and Vladimir Putin is proving to be a formidable political power capable of dancing circles around the Obama Administration.

Putin has now assured Syria that in the event of a military strike by Obama, Russia will now help. “We will” now help Syria, Putin told a press conference of the G20 summit in Russia. Putin also said that a military strike against Syria will have a major impact on international security.
