A lot of people have written in to ask if we can arrange taking pre-orders. We have spoken to Amazon. Unfortunately, it sold out in less than 3 hours and that was the pre-order process. They will take pre-orders when they have picked up the books from the printer. It may take them another 30 days before they actually ship. They send copies to various distribution centers.
Unfortunately, the book sold out in the pre-order stage. We know at least between 1,000 and 2,000 will be bought up for distributions to politicians. Perhaps this is the only real authoritative book out there which confronts what we are facing and deals with the what, why, and how to tackle the solution. It is printed on high quality stock and is fully illustrated in color on every page. We published this ourselves to ensure this is the top quality for publishers wanted the book but they would cheapen it. The cost of printing this along is well over $30 per book hardbound and Amazon does not do things for free. It does not lend itself for an eBook. It is 466 pages 8.5 x 11.
