14. An Educational and Informational Company, Not a Financial Services Company
All users must understand and agree that the information provided as part of the Services is exclusively for educational purposes and is not individual trading advice. The Company is not a financial services firm – we do not manage money for others, we do not provide specific guided investment advice tailored to any individual, we do not provide brokerage services, and we do not provide banking services. All information is governed by the First Amendment and is for the general educational purpose of the general public. The information provided in the Services, is made available “as is”, and all stocks, indexes, futures and foreign exchange prices referenced are provided by third-parties, through technology integrations, where some errors and delays may occur, so prices may not necessarily be real-time or accurate, may differ from the actual market price, and are not appropriate for trading purposes. Therefore, the Company will not accept any liability for loss or damage as a result of reliance on the information contained within the Services, including, but not limited to, any data, quotes, charts, trends, projections, estimations, or buy/sell signals. The Company encourages all you, and all users, to do extensive research, utilize multiple sources of information, and to consult professional financial services representatives to better understand the risks and costs associated with financial investments, and to carefully consider investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before any investment.
