Japan Opens First Robotic Hotel

With Japan’s birth rate drastically collapsing to just 1 million annually, the movement toward robotic innovation has hit new heights. The first fully robotically operated hotel opened July 17, 2015 in Japan with nightly fees as low as $75. The hotel staff is composed entirely of robots. This is the future solution to the declining population.

Obama & Prison Reform

Obama’s visit to El Reno Federal prison (Correctional Institution) in Oklahoma is probably one of the few acts he has done that I agree with. Like most people, I assumed the justice system was fair – until I was confronted with the absurdity of American justice. Only then did I begin to appreciate how corrupt […]

Market Talk – July 20, 2015

No matter whom we spoke to today, the focus of the conversation has been on gold’s spectacular fall. There are many rumors floating around from China off-loading because wrong storage figures were released, to a large spec investor who sold 6 tonnes and has taken a huge loss on a leveraged trade! Whatever the excuse, we woke […]

Understanding Arrays & Time

One confusing aspect that people encounter is when a Time Straddle takes place on the Arrays. A Time Straddle occurs when the target in time straddles two weeks, months, quarters, or years. Sometimes it is simply a split, as in gold for 2011/2012, where we achieved the intraday high in 2011 and the highest annual closing in 2012. A Time […]

France Calls for the Federalization of Europe

History repeats because human nature never differs. I have warned that Albert Einstein was correct: you can NEVER solve a problem with the same line of thing that created the crisis. NEVER has anyone in power EVER concluded that they are the cause of a crisis – it is always someone else. They were the same people in school who […]

Gold: The Panic Cycle is Here

Gold opened the week in Asia with a bang – down nearly $44 at the low of $1083. This is right on target for our Panic Cycle this week. Gold is sharply declining, it will break the $1,000 level, and then everyone will start to look for $600–$700 area. We can see our Energy Models […]

Gold Miners

As long as there are people who still believe that the gold market is uniquely manipulated, rather than simply in sync with the world economy, then the sad truth remains that we have not yet seen the bottom of the slide in gold prices just yet. Gold’s weakness led to a brutal sell-off among the […]

We Are in the 21st Year of Declining Temperatures

It is amazing how government is trying to claim the existence of global warming, simply to introduce a carbon tax. We are entering the 21 year of declining temperatures; not rising temperatures. This is akin to the tax on cigarettes; people smoked less and governments cried that they were losing revenue, causing many places to tax electronic […]

U.S. Share Market Update

The primary difference between the DOW, S&P 500, and the NASDAQ is capital flows, not what composes each index. All the way up, the DOW was the first to make new highs, with the other two following the DOW’s lead. Now, the cash flows are showing a broader diversification and the S&P 500 is a […]

Donald Trump Now #1 in Polls

Trump is hitting very hard, clearly tapping into the emerging anti-establishment politician trend. He bluntly states, “Who do you want negotiating with China? Trump or Bush?” You could expand that to Hillary. Her negotiations amount to how much they are willing to donate to her questionable charity. People setup such charities because they have money to give […]
