There is no hint of the Department of Justice bringing Criminal Charges against Corzine. But the worldwide criticism against the players in NYC being the “Untouchables”, has been widespread. The government hopes to address this issue the same as always with a civil charge that will eventually be dismissed for a fine as always and they will pretend they did their job. Why have regulators when they only criminally prosecute people outside of the “CLUB”.
